NY Watch Market – Terms and Conditions

1. Condition of Timepieces

You are purchasing a pre-owned luxury timepiece. As such, signs of previous wear—including but not limited to scratches on the lugs, case, bracelet, or crystal—are to be expected. Each watch is carefully examined and described to the best of our ability. However, minor imperfections may be missed. If any such discrepancy is substantial, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

2. Inspection & Claims Window

You have 24 hours from the time of delivery (as confirmed via adult signature through FedEx/UPS/DHL) to report any discrepancies. After this period, all sales are considered final.

3. Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments incur a 4% processing surcharge and are only accepted from repeat customers.

4. Shipping & Insurance

All timepieces are shipped via insured FedEx Priority Overnight for a flat fee of $125. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. In the rare case FedEx is unavailable, UPS will be used. We do not ship through USPS. Watches are securely packaged with full video documentation.

5. Service & Timekeeping Standards

The listing will clearly state whether the watch has been recently serviced. If not, and the watch is beyond the manufacturer’s recommended service interval, we will test it on a timegrapher to ensure COSC-level performance. If a service is needed and we opt not to complete it prior to the sale, this will be noted in the listing. Otherwise, you can expect reliable timekeeping.

6. Warranty

If the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, NY Watch Market provides a 6-month warranty covering movement-related defects.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, including drops or water damage.

Service turnaround is typically 3–4 weeks but may take up to 3 months depending on complexity.

If a watch does not include original warranty documentation, this will be stated in the listing. Our 12-month warranty will still be applied from the date of sale.

7. Photography

We use high-resolution macro photography to highlight fine details. Some imperfections may appear more pronounced in photos than to the naked eye.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

Every timepiece is guaranteed authentic. Watches will be accompanied by authentication documents and/or warranty cards where applicable. If such documentation is missing, this will be clearly disclosed in the product listing.
